23/04/2008 The Town Council held its fourth Community Awards Presentation Evening at the Community Resource Centre, Kinmel Bay on the 23rd April 2008. The event was a great success and it gave the Council the opportunity to thank the Award Winners for their commitment and achievements.
12/03/2008 The Environment Agency held a Flood Awareness Day in the Community Resource Centre in Kinmel Bay on the 12 March 2008, giving practical advice to local residents on what they should do in the event of a flood.

10/03/2008 With the help of the Town Council, the Kinmel Bay Community Centre and the CVSC, the Under 5's Playgroup are now able to provide an outdoor play area for children attending.
