2009/2010 - Councillor Mariette Roberts was elected as Mayor for a second year.
There are twelve Town Councillors for the Towyn and Kinmel Bay area, four of which are County Councillors. All can be contacted through the Community Resource Centre, The Square, Kinmel Bay.
